1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "666q" / "the Platform" means the online casino, sportsbook, and gaming services operated by the Company and accessible at 666q.bet.
• "Account" means the registered player account created through the 666q Login and registration process.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the 666q platform or who accesses the platform for any purpose.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table, slot title, or sports betting market through the 666q platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR or equivalent cryptocurrency amount held in a Player's 666q Account, including any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Company in compliance with its international gaming license obligations and anti-money laundering policy.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to or use of online gambling services is illegal, restricted, or requires a local licence not held by the Company.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slot titles, promotions, and ancillary features made available on the 666q platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing 666q.bet, completing the registration form, clicking "I Agree" during the account creation process, or using the 666q Login portal, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2.2 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.3 666q reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.4 If you are accessing the 666q platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 To be eligible to register and use a 666q Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of the Company or any of its associated third-party game providers;
• Not be subject to self-exclusion, cooling-off, or any other player protection restriction applied by 666q or any affiliated gaming operator.

3.2 The Company reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or during routine compliance reviews. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

3.3 Providing false information regarding age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to void all winnings and confiscate all Account balances where fraudulent age or identity misrepresentation is established.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) single Account on the 666q platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666q Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 You must immediately notify 666q support via live chat if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious transaction history in your Account.

4.4 The Company recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA is a strongly recommended security measure, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account credentials.

4.5 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. The Company reserves the right to suspend Accounts where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or inconsistent with KYC documentation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 666q supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction where currency conversion is applicable.

5.2 All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. The Company strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Use of a payment method not registered in the Account holder's name will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the 666q cashier at the time of each transaction. These limits are subject to change at the Company's discretion with reasonable notice.

5.4 Target withdrawal processing times are as follows, measured from the time a withdrawal request is approved following completion of KYC verification:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: 15–20 minutes;
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: 1–2 business hours;
• USDT TRC20: approximately 30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times.

5.5 The Company reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account balance.

5.6 Deposits made to a 666q Account that cannot be matched to an existing registered Account due to incorrect reference information may be subject to a processing delay. The Company will make reasonable efforts to identify and credit such deposits but accepts no liability for delays caused by Player error in payment references.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the 666q platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion only.

6.2 Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including in cases where it suspects abuse, collusion, or technical exploitation of a promotional offer.

6.4 Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus concurrently. Attempting to claim the same promotional offer more than once, whether through a single Account or multiple Accounts, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

6.5 Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value outside of the 666q platform.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All casino games offered on the 666q platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game title are disclosed within the game information panel accessible from the 666q casino lobby.

7.2 The results of all games and sports betting markets are final once settled. 666q reserves the right to void bets or reverse settlements in cases of obvious technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

7.3 For cricket betting and other sportsbook markets, 666q reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, including after a bet has been placed but before settlement, where it believes match integrity may be compromised or where an error in odds pricing is identified.

7.4 Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event apply across all sportsbook and casino products. Current limits are displayed in the 666q cashier and betting slip. The Company will not be liable to pay winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits regardless of the outcome of any game or event.

7.5 Players are responsible for ensuring their bets and wagers are placed correctly before confirming. Once a bet has been confirmed through the 666q platform, it cannot be reversed, amended, or cancelled except in the circumstances described in clause 7.2 above.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666q platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration or use of the platform by any person under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the 666q platform in a manner not authorised by the Company;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 666q customer support staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the security architecture of the 666q platform.

8.2 The Company employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor Account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended pending manual review without prior notice.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 666q platform, including but not limited to the 666q brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, databases, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 666q platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

9.3 The 666q name, domain 666q.bet, and associated logos may not be used in any third-party marketing, affiliate promotion, or social media context without prior written authorisation from the Company.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 The collection, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Players during registration, KYC verification, and platform use is governed by the 666q Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. 10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the Company processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where separately opted into).

11 Responsible Gaming

11.2 Players may set the following account-level restrictions at any time from within their 666q account settings panel, at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;

• Session duration limits and mandatory session break reminders;
• Reality check notifications at customisable intervals;
• Cool-off periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks during which Account access is suspended;
• Permanent self-exclusion, which locks the Account indefinitely and is not reversible during the exclusion period.

11.3 Players who wish to self-exclude must contact 666q support via live chat to activate permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, 666q will not send promotional communications to the excluded Account.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666q shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

12.2 The 666q platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12.3 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party payment processing failures.

12.4 In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 666q reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Player;
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Any other circumstance where continued Account operation poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk to the Company.

13.2 Upon Account closure for breach, any balance consisting of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds shall be forfeited. Real-money balances (net of any Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification and anti-money laundering checks.

13.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 666q support via live chat. Voluntary Account closure is subject to completion of any pending withdrawal requests and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming license. By using the 666q platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms.

14.2 In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or Account transaction, Players should contact 666q customer support via live chat in the first instance. The Company will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under the Company's international gaming license. 14.4 Nothing in this clause shall limit any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 666q reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, registered Players will be notified via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect.

15.2 Non-material changes — including typographical corrections, formatting updates, and clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Players — may be made without prior individual notification. The current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be accessible at 666q.bet/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly displayed.

15.3 If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the 666q platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms in full.
